Residential and Commercial Cleaner
We are looking to HIRE IMMEDIATELY for a Residential and Commercial Cleaners in Central NJ to perform a variety of cleaning tasks across a number of properties. Its approximately 20 hours per week, Mondays through Fridays and some weekends, in between the hours of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pay range is $13 to $14 per hour plus mileage. Payroll paid through Direct Deposit; NO CASH PAYMENTS. Only serious applicants apply.

Applicant MUST:

*18 years of age or older

*Have a Valid Driver's License

*Have their own transportation

*Be able to work in the country legally

*Pass a drug test and be background checked

*Speak and Understand English.

Also:

*Able to perform basic cleaning tasks and janitorial work.

*Ability to manage your time efficiently

*Work well with minimum supervisor

*Able to lift at least 25 pounds

*Work safely with safely with chemicals and equipment.

Cleaner duties and responsibilities:

Cleaners perform a wide range of duties to keep a business tidy. They're also responsible for performing routine inspections to ensure that spaces like restrooms are sanitary. Cleaners are responsible for but not limited to:

Cleaning wood, linoleum, tile and other floors
Emptying trash cans
Changing vents
Dusting disinfecting all surfaces
Waxing floors
Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
Washing windows
Maintaining a thorough inventory
Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor scrubbers
Collecting and taking out trash and recycling
Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels
Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
