Richardson Cleaning with an update regarding our response to the COVID-19 virus.

First, we would like to take this time to thank each of you for choosing Richardson Cleaning for your cleaning needs. We are constantly monitoring and evaluating the latest information regarding the COVID-19 virus’ impact on our community, state and country.

We have been in contact with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for proper protocols for a business such as ours. We not only want to protect ourselves & staff, we want to protect you, as well!

We are happy to state that Richardson Cleaning is already using Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved cleaning chemicals that are expected to be effective against COVID-19 and we already have procedures in place to protect ourselves and clients from the spread of various viruses on surfaces.

Now that the virus has been determined to be possibly contracted through “community spread,” we want to make sure we are taking every precaution in our power. All clients:

1)  that have been traveling outside of the country in or near an affected area

2)    work or live in an area where there has been a confirmed case of the virus

3)    anyone in your home is symptomatic or has been in contact with anyone that has been symptomatic or diagnosed

we ask that you please cancel your service until you are cleared or we determine that your home or business does not pose a threat to our employees.
